AP Health & Safety are currently in the process of conducting risk assessments of the water services across their nationwide portfolio of properties.  Following the risk assessment exercise a management system is developed for each property.  This affords Workman & Partners the peace of mind of a consistent approach towards managing the risks associated with the water services within each property they manage.

AP Health & Safety completed a risk assessment exercise of the water services within the Berkeley Group’s prestigious headquarters building in Cobham, Surrey.  Working with their in-house safety managers, AP Health & Safety have developed and operate a co-ordinated monitoring and audit programme to ensure their continued compliance with legislative requirements and industry best practice.

Crossways Trust - Risk Assessment

AP Health & Safety have conducted a full risk assessment of the water services within one of their key care homes.  Manufactured water systems within the care home environment present a significant risk which has to be carefully managed as the building occupants will have increased susceptibility to contracting Legionnaires’ disease.  AP Health & Safety has reviewed all the risks and instructed on remedial measures, and worked with the site team to guide them on controlling any residual risks.
