Seaward Properties - Central Business Park, Havant

Chichester based developer Seaward Properties are currently redeveloping their site in Potash Terrace, Havant as a retail park. When finished, the development will total approximately 85,000ft2 of retail space, including a Drive Thru restaurant. AP Health & Safety has been appointed as Planning Supervisor for the project and are also working with Seaward Properties on a number of other development projects located along the south coast of England.

Crest Nicholson - Riverside, Hemel Hempstead

AP Health & Safety have been appointed by Crest Nicholson to work on their prestigious retail centre Riverside in Hemel Hempstead. Work on the mixed-use development is scheduled to be completed in early 2006. Retail companies such as Debenhams, Next and HMV are among the retailers take space, with Premier Lodge signing to a 110 bedroom hotel within the development. AP Health & Safety are also undertaking health and safety site inspections on behalf of the Client.
