Year End Review

In his annual year end review, Senior Partner Kevin Dougall reflected on the significant progress that the business made during 2007 and of the opportunities that lie ahead during 2008.

Referring to the formal recognition of its progress and its achievements, which the business received in the Building Magazine survey of the Top 250 UK Consultants, he praised the vision, skill and dedication of the management team and the skill, dedication and application of every person within the business.

Commenting on the firm's stated aim of setting standards and delivering excellence, Kevin Dougall commented, "2007 has been a year in which we saw the continuation of our transition from being a good business to being a great business. There is still a lot to do, but we are making good progress. We are fortunate to have a strong client base and if we are to maintain it, we must continue to provide the level of service that our clients need and expect.

We have added to our client base during the year with our first commissions for Ascot Racecourse, Bracknell Regeneration Partnership, Centros Miller, Croydon Council, Goodman Property Investors, Grosvenor, Gucci, English Heritage, Imperial College, Metropolitan Police Authority, Royal Hampshire County Hospital Trust, Northern Ireland Education & Library Board, South Yorkshire Housing Association, The Royal Household and Yves St Laurent".

Looking ahead, the firm will continue to recruit and train highly talented people, offering them real and significant opportunities for personal progress, growth and development.

Concluding his review, Kevin added, "We want to become a great business to work within as well as a great business to work with."
